Tickets for the premium events to be held over the 2018 Port Lincoln Community Bank Tunarama Festival are on sale now through SA Tickets

Best of Eyre Dinner – Seafood Extravaganza
Saturday 27th January
Graze – Food and VIP Firework event 7pm
Followed by Soul Gypsy & Boho Blues
The Tunarama Festival has a lot of great opportunities for community members to be involved in its fun activities, and gain valuable experiences. It is a great opportunity for young people to learn some new skills. If you have some time available to give to this great initiative we would love to hear from you. We are seeking registrations into our group to assist in presenting Port Lincoln’s best event to visitors and locals as they enjoy our competitions and displays.

Come along and meet the Tunarama Ambassador Quest Entrants for 2018!
Sashing of the 2018 Tunarama Ambassador Quest Entrants will be held at the Boston Bay Winery Sunday 10th September starting at 3pm.
Tickets are $30 with a sparkling on arrival, light afternoon tea catering by Tony Ford, MC is Emma Pedler and entertainment by Paul Backman. Bar facilities will be available.

Port Lincoln Tunarama Inc are inviting expressions of interest and registrations for the 2018 Tunarama Ambassador Quest.
The Tunarama Ambassador Quest is a platform for personal development and offers many exciting opportunities throughout the year. Entrants experience an increase in personal growth and confidence, while making a meaningful and positive impact in the community. As part of the Quest, entrants raise funds for their chosen charitiy or not-for-profit organisation based within the Eyre Peninsula of South Australia.
One entrant will be chosen as the Ambassador to represent the Tunarama Festival and Port Lincoln at various events over the following year.

Site application forms for the 2018 Tunarama Festival are now available.
Tunarama is one of the biggest and most popular free regional Festivals in Australia with entertainment, events and competitions for the whole family. We invite you to be part of this multiple award-winning event through applying for a site.
There are two areas available for site holders again this year:
‘Merchandise Alley’ offers an area for all site holders selling food or merchandise.

Port Lincoln Tunarama Inc welcomed Noel Linsell as their newest Life Member at the 2017 Annual General Meeting held Wednesday 17th May.
Noel has been a keen supporter of the Tunarama Festival for 25 years, playing many roles on the Board including President, Vice President and Site Manager. Over the years Noel has even offered up his land for events such as the highly successful Tunarama Rodeo and Country Music Festival held from 1999-2001.1999 Tunarama Rodeo at Noel Linsell’s property
Noel will continue in his role as Site Manager for the 2018 Festival

2017 saw some exciting innovations for Tunarama, that we have been working towards for a number of years, particularly Eyre Square and the Short Film Festival.
2018 poses the exciting prospect of TWO cruise ships docking in Port Lincoln during Tunarama.
Retiring President Judith Maddern says it is time for some new people to have input into the direction and success of the festival.

Port Lincoln Tunarama Inc would like to invite the local community to consider becoming a member of Tunarama for the 2018 Festival.
Membership fees are just $15 and this entitles you to nominate for the Tunarama Comittee if you choose, as well as have a say at the upcoming AGM, or it can just show your support for the continuation of the Festival.
If you would like to become member of Tunarama for the 2018 Tunarama Festival please download a Membership form and return with your $15 membership fee to the Tunarama Office at 8 King St/PO Box 40, Port Lincoln SA 5606, or email to firstname.lastname@example.org and an invoice can be sent out for online payment.
The 2017 Port Lincoln Tunarama Festival was enjoyed by and estimated 25,000 people over the Australia Day Long Weekend. The Festival played host to Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull who finally made it to Port Lincoln after two previously failed attempts due to bad weather.
