Renowned Italian home cook Karen Dubois from Dolores Divine will utilise the regions seafood. Her menu is described as a celebration of Italian flavours held together by a singular appreciation of high quality seasonal ingredients, presented in elegant simplicity.

Karen pays homage to traditional Italian Family recipes passed down through the generations.

‘Farm to Fork’

Thursday 24th to Sunday 27th January 2019 – Eyre Square

‘Calling all Paleo Lovers and Cavemen!’ All day lunch and dinner – Boston Bay Meats, Smokin Grillers and Something Wild will be trading over the weekend and showcasing a visual feast of local farmed meats, fish and indigenous products. Something Wild founder Daniel Motlop has built strong relationships with indigenous communities giving him the privilege to be able to promote and supply some of the unique produce from one of the world’s oldest cultures. Teaming with Boston Bay Meats and Fumo 28 restaurateur Jason Stephenson, this combination will deliver a tasty spectacular feast.
